Hi, I’m Courtney — Founder of Alignly Consulting. After more than a decade in talent acquisition, I launched Alignly to bring clarity and care to how organizations hire. I’ve led recruiting for startups, government contractors, and high-growth teams, building processes that scale and systems that actually support the people using them. 

I believe recruiting should feel intentional, not rushed, reactive, or transactional. That belief is baked into everything I do, from sourcing to closing. My approach is people-first, process-aware, and built to create lasting team alignment.
